and acronyms. It is a five year plan for Fiscal
Years 2009-14.

measure assessment form provides additional
comment on some performance measures.
The performance
measure validity and reliability statements are
used to explain the data sources, methodology,
reliability, and validity of performance
measures.
This form
provides a correlation between performance
measures and activities.
The
agency-level unit cost summary provides an
overall picture of the agency’s activities,
measures and associated costs.
