Add $50 to the application fee if applicant desires a Temporary License or
Provisional License. For information on what a Temporary License and Provisional
License are, see the “Information and Instructions” for the applicable license
category (from the first page of this Division’s website, c/o “Application
information and instructions,” then click on the applicable license category).
If your application for license is received by the Dept of Financial Services in
“Yr. 1,” the application fee is as indicated above. Likewise, if your
application is received in “Yr 2,” the application fee is as indicated above.
